All Students of Learning Quran BD are required to agree to the following terms & conditions:

• Students will be offered one Trial class only. If the students like the trial class, then all the following classes will be treated as regular classes.
• Learning Quran BD maintains its’ non political and non violent principles. It is also against any anti Islamic, any religious extremism and any anti state activities. If anybody concerned found wrongdoing and violating the policies, the class will be suspended.
• All classes are recorded for 30 days only. If anybody has any complaint, classes for up to 30 days can be checked to sort it out. Classes before 30 days cannot be checked for technical reason.
• Every student needs to be punctual and regular to the class. Further, attendance must not go less than 80% of any given month.
•  Every student needs to stay online at the scheduled time and will need to notify respective teacher by the way everybody understands. If the teacher does not receive student’s call or is not online, then the student needs to notify the principal by skype or text or regular call (so that he can take immediate action to solve the problem).
•  Every student needs to complete the homework and keep trying to progress sincerely. If the student does not follow this, his/her class may get suspended.
• Every student is required to attend quarterly test (taken 4 times in a year) and is expected to show signs of his/her improvement. All test results will be published in the website of Learning Quran BD.
• If the student fails to attend any class without prior notice, then it is not certain that his make up or recovery class will be taken.
•  If a student chooses not to attend a class, he or she needs to inform The Principal via skype at least 8 hours before the schedule time so that a make-up class can be scheduled.
•  The management of Learning Quran BD has the absolute right to change the teacher if it thinks it necessary.
•  Learning Quran BD can change the teacher upon request of the student or guardians if alternate teacher is available.
•  In case of resignation or termination of any teacher for any reason whatsoever, a new teacher will be assigned to teach the student. The students or any guardians are highly discouraged to contact the previous teacher and Learning Quran BD will not be responsible for any breach of trust or damages that may occur for any such contact with the previous teachers (who are no more with the Learning Quran BD).
•  Please note that our technical set up is of high quality and Internet Connection & other infrastructure are very stable & updated. Moreover, our technical team is out there to support our teachers to do a job of excellence by making sure that their resources are okay. So, students need to recheck their own internet connections and other relevant matters if other students do not face any technical problem with the respective teachers.
•  If any student would like to discontinue his class with Learning Quran BD for any reason whatsoever, he or she is to stop attending the class before the beginning of the next month.

 Payment conditions:

• We charge a nominal fee for our courses and this fee is required to keep the whole study system on track including paying for technical support, teachers’ salaries and other relevant infrastructure.
•  Students/guardians are required to pay for their tuitions within the first week of each month.
•  Learning Quran BD reserves the right to stop taking class of any students if he or she remains absent for a period of 15 days consecutively. In that case, payment already received for the class will not be returned as the concerned teacher’s time has already been allotted to the student earlier.

 Communication:

•  We use Skype notices and/or website notices to inform the students/guardians of any updates. Alternately, the students/guardians need to contact the principal via skype, text message on whatsapp or phone call if they have anything to share. Any information shared by the teachers’ skype ids or to the teachers by the students’ ID  will not be accepted or considered. In other words, the Principal is the ultimate person who is on charge of any updates, for both the senders’ end and receivers’ end.

 Privacy Conditions:

• All personal information of the students or guardians will strictly be protected and any information of them will not be shared to any other person without permission of the students or guardians.

সকল শিক্ষার্থী নিম্নলিখিত শর্তাদিতে সম্মত হবে:

ক্লাস এবং উপস্থিতি:

:  একটি বিনামূল্যে ট্রায়াল ক্লাসের পরে, শিক্ষার্থীদের উপর নিয়মিত ক্লাস ধার্য্য করা হবে।  

:  লার্ণিং কোরআন বাংলাদেশ সব ধরনের ইসলামী বিরোধী এবং সহিংসতামূলক কার্যকলাপ থেকে মুক্ত।  এখানে ক্লাস চলাকালীন সময়ে অনৈতিক, বর্তমান বিশ্বে মুসলিম প্রেক্ষাপট এবং বাংলাদেশী       আইন-বিরোধী সম্পর্কে কথা বলা নিষেধ। 

:  লার্নিং কুরআন বাংলাদেশ ১ মাসের জন্য সকল ক্লাস রেকর্ড বজায় রাখে।  সুতরাং যদি শিক্ষার্থী বা শিক্ষকের ক্লাস সম্পর্কে কোনও অভিযোগ থাকে তবে ১ মাসের মধ্যে অভিযোগ গ্রহন করে রেকর্ডটি খতিয়ে দেখা হবে ।  ১ মাসের পূর্বের রেকর্ডটি না থাকায় কোন অভিযোগ গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।

:  প্রতিটি শিক্ষার্থীকে ক্লাসে সময়মতো উপস্থিত এবং ক্লাসে নিয়মিত হতে হবে।  উপস্থিতি যেন কোনও মাসে ৮০% এর নিচে না নামে।   

:  প্রত্যেক শিক্ষার্থীর সঠিক সময়ে অনলাইনে উপস্থিত হওয়া উচিত এবং তার শিক্ষককে জানাবে ‘আমি প্রস্তুত’।  শিক্ষক যদি ক্লাসে অফলাইন বা কল রিসিভ না করে তাতক্ষনিকভাবে প্রিন্সিপালের       স্কাইপ আইডিতে মেসেজ করে অথবা কল করে জানাতে হবে যে টিচার অনুপস্থিত বা কল রিসিভ করছে না।  

:  সমস্ত শিক্ষার্থীর টিচারের দেয়া হোম ওয়ার্ক করা উচিত এবং তার ক্লাসে ভাল পারফরম্যান্স করা উচিত।  অন্যথায় যদি শিক্ষার্থী পড়াশুনায় মনযোগী না হয় কিংবা হোমওয়ার্ক সময়মতো না দেয় ও     রেজাল্ট খারাপ করতে থাকে তার ক্লাস স্থগিত করা হবে।

:  সমস্ত ছাত্র-ছাত্রীকে ত্রৈ-মাসিক অগ্রগতি পরীক্ষায় অংশ নিতে হবে।  এবং ভাল ফলাফল করতে হবে। সকল ছাত্র-ছাত্রীর টেস্টের রেজাল্ট লার্নিং কুরআন বাংলাদেশ ওয়েবসাইট প্রকাশিত হবে।

:  পূর্বনির্ধারিত নোটিশ ছাড়াই যদি শিক্ষার্থী কোনও ক্লাসে অনুপস্থিত থাকে তবে মেকআপ ক্লাস গ্রহনযোগ্য হবে না।

:  যদি শিক্ষার্থী কোনও ক্লাস উপস্থিত থাকতে না পারে, তবে সে মেকআপ ক্লাস পেতে ক্লাসের সময়ের কমপক্ষে ৮ ঘন্টা আগে প্রিন্সিপাল বরাবর স্কাইপে (প্রিন্সিপাল স্কাইপ আইডি) বা ইমেল করতে     হবে।

:  লার্ণিং কুরআন বাংলাদেশ উন্নত শিক্ষার প্রয়োজনে যে কোনও সময় শিক্ষককে পরিবর্তন করতে পারে।

:  লার্ণিং কুরআন বাংলাদেশ শিক্ষার্থীর অনুরোধে শিক্ষক পরিবর্তন করতে পারে, যদি অন্য কোনও শিক্ষক এর ক্লাস না থাকে।

:  যদি কোন শিক্ষক প্রতিষ্ঠান থেকে অবসর নেন বা প্রতিষ্ঠান থেকে শিক্ষককে বরখাস্থ করা হয় তবে নতুন শিক্ষক নিয়োগ দেওয়া হবে এবং শিক্ষার্থীদের আগের শিক্ষকের সংস্পর্শে থাকতে দেওয়া       হবে না।  ভবিষ্যতে শিক্ষার্থী যদি যোগাযোগ করার কারনে যে কোনও ক্ষতি বা ক্ষতির জন্য লার্ণিং কুরআন বাংলাদেশ দায়বদ্ধ হবে না।

:  শিক্ষার্থীদের জন্য প্রতিষ্ঠান কর্তৃক যে সকল পাঠ্যপুস্তক তৈরি করেছে এ সকল পাঠ্যপুস্তক প্রত্যেক শিক্ষার্থীকে অনুসরণ করতে হবে।  

:  দয়া করে মনে রাখবেন যে আমাদের প্রযুক্তিগত সেটআপটি খুব উচ্চ মানের এবং সাধারণত আমাদের সার্ভারগুলি খুব স্থিতিশীল।  ৯৯% ভাগ সংযোগ সমস্যা শিক্ষার্থীদের পক্ষ থেকে ঘটে।           আমাদের প্রযুক্তি টিম যেভাবে এটি সনাক্ত করে তার মধ্যে একটি হ'ল একই সময়ে ঘটে যাওয়া অন্যান্য ক্লাসগুলি পর্যবেক্ষণ করে।কিনা সেটা সর্বপ্রথম সনাক্ত করে।   যদি সমস্ত ক্লাস ঠিকঠাক হয়   এবং অন্য কোনও শিক্ষার্থী একই ধরণের সমস্যার মুখোমুখি না হন, তবে সমস্যাটি অন্য দিক থেকে আসতে হবে। এ অবস্থা স্টুডেন্টকে মেনে নিতে হবে।  

:  যদি শিক্ষার্থীরা (কোনও কারণে) ক্লাস বন্ধ বা বন্ধ করার সিদ্ধান্ত নেয়।সে সেক্ষেত্রে এক চলতি মাস শেষ হওয়ার পূর্বে প্রিন্সিপালকে অবগত করতে হবে।  

পেমেন্ট শর্ত

:  কোর্সের জন্য নেওয়া ফি খুব নামমাত্র এবং পুরো অধ্যয়ন ব্যবস্থা বজায় রাখার জন্য যা প্রযুক্তিগত ব্যয়, শিক্ষকদের বেতন এবং অন্যান্য সম্পর্কিত রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ অন্তর্ভুক্ত করে।

:  শিক্ষার্থীরা প্রতি মাসের 1 থেকে 5 তারিখের মধ্যে মাসিক ফি প্রদান করতে হবে।  

:  ছাত্রকে তার শিক্ষকের সাথে কোনও অর্থ প্রদান এবং যোগাযোগের সম্পর্কিত আলোচনা করার অনুমতি নেই।  কোন ক্ষতি বা ক্ষতির ক্ষেত্রে লার্নিং কুরআন বাংলাদেশ দায়বদ্ধ থাকবে না।

:  শিক্ষার্থীরা পূর্ব বিজ্ঞপ্তি ছাড়াই ১৫ দিনের বেশি অনুপস্থিত থাকলে এবং কোনও অর্থ ফেরতের ব্যবস্থা করা না হলে ক্লাস বন্ধ করা হবে।

যোগাযোগ : 

:  আমরা আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট নোটিশ, স্কাইপ নোটিশ পোস্ট করে আপনার সাথে যোগাযোগ করি ।   আপনার ইমেল / অধ্যক্ষ স্কাইপ / অধ্যক্ষ ফোন কলের মাধ্যমে অধ্যক্ষের সাথে যোগাযোগ করা উচিত।  ক্লাস চলাকালিন সময়ে শিক্ষকগণকে কোন ছুটির অনুরোধ বা কোন তথ্য প্রদান কিংবা টিচার স্কাইপে কোন মেসেজ গ্রহনযোগ্য হবে না।  এক্ষেত্রে প্রিন্সিপাল স্কাইপ বা সরাসরি এ যোগাযোগ করতে হবে।  

গোপনীয়তা শর্ত:

:  লার্নিং কুরআন  বাংলাদেশ এর প্রশাসন কর্তৃক শিক্ষার্থীর সমস্ত ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য অবশ্যই নিরাপদ এবং সংরক্ষণ করা হবে।  

কপিরাইট : 

:  পাঠ্যপুস্তক, লোগো, চিত্র, গ্রাফিক্স, বোতাম আইকন, ডিজিটাল ডাউনলোড, ডেটা সংকলন, সফ্টওয়্যার, ইত্যাদির মতো ওয়েবসাইটে অন্তর্ভুক্ত সমস্ত সামগ্রী এই একাডেমি / ইনস্টিটিউট বা এর       সামগ্রী সরবরাহকারী এবং সহযোগীদের সম্পত্তি।  এটি কপিরাইট আইন দ্বারা সুরক্ষিত। প্রদত্ত কোর্সের উপাদানগুলি গোপনীয় এবং কপিরাইটযুক্ত।  

:  লার্নিং কুরআন বাংলাদেশ যে কোনও সময় এর শর্তাদি সংশোধন করতে পারে এবং সেগুলি ওয়েবসাইটে যুক্ত করতে পারে।
